Expect the unexpected

Our client had big ambitions when it came to delivering a full Contact Centre as a Service transformation to their target accounts. However, when initial workshops exposed a challenge, the strategy had to pivot to a stepping-stone approach to achieve their goals.

Finding the unifying challenge

Through a structured account selection process 40 accounts with strong in-year revenue potential were identified. However, with a closer look neither the brand nor the accounts themselves were ready for full transformation, prompting a strategic pivot. Partnering with the Service Specialists, we identified a common challenge across all the accounts. This insight guided the messaging and concept development. It targeted the immediacy and cost of the problem, with a view to help our client secure critical invitations to tender and drive new revenue opportunities. 

Speed to market

Our ABM Accelerate approach enabled us to start executing in market within three months. The multi-channel mix included content development and atomisation, development of personalised landing pages, and email, social selling and organic social engagement. All of which was aligned with event and regional field marketing plans across their North America and EMEA regions to ensure total coverage.

With this programme, we’ve demonstrated that agility and speed to market are critical parts of a successful ABM approach, laying the foundations for further growth.
